Every LIVE support session is 60 min. These happen 3x/week (12x/month) on Wed-Thur-Fri.

Sessions are never recorded to provide you with the psychological safety you need to share without fear.
Weekly topics will be in your Tuesday reminder email, along with Zoom links to access the sessions.
Every session is LIVE and interactive. You can decide how much you want to engage, share your experiences, or simply listen to other creatives share theirs. You do you.

All LIVE sessions will be a mix of topic talks and Q&A sessions to ensure you get the real-time community connection, helpful insights, and mental health support you need in your career. I always start the sessions on a positive note, sometimes with a quote, or a thought of the day, so we can all gain some positive energy before going into the more practical (or potentially emotional) deep-dives.
If you are struggling with something you are welcome to ask a question, or simply listen to others if you're feeling like you'd rather hang back on that particular day. We are all here to connect as humans, and learn the strategies that will help us have improved professional mental health!
No worries! I will NEVER pressure anyone to participate. If you don't feel like talking or sharing, you don't need to. Many creatives enjoy coming to weekly support sessions to simply listen, feel understood, and get the mental health support strategies that will help them work through whatever they might be struggling with that week (or month, or year, or decade...) in their careers. YOU decide how you want to engage. Period.

I want to make absolutely clear that while I am educated & certified in the field of Positive Psychology, I am not a licensed clinical therapist, and these sessions are not intended to completely replace psychological treatment by a psychologist or psychiatrist.
If you are experiencing chronic depression, substance abuse, sexual trauma, domestic issues, severe emotional distress, traumatic PTSD, or persistent thoughts of self-harm, PLEASE seek help immediately from a licensed mental health professional.
No way. I’m here to support you, empathize with you, inspire you, and energize you. If I have upcoming events or downloadable tools, I may mention them so you're aware, but I will never pressure you or waste your time by turning your weekly support experience into some gross pitch meeting. Yuck.
I'm not here to trap you. That is the opposite of good mental health! There is no long-term contract if you've opted for the monthly membership plan, and there is no penalty for cancellation.
Just be sure to cancel BEFORE your next month's dues (approximately 1 month from the first payment). Refunds won't be given after payment is rendered, so set those calendar reminders!
And if you've selected the annual membership plan, there is no penalty for cancellation, but PLEASE NOTE that you won't get a refund if you cancel before the year is up. However, you will still have full access to all sessions for the remainder of that year, in case you want to jump back in, or attend a workshop or guest-talk later on!
No worries—I've been in your creative shoes and I know how life (and client requests) get in the way sometimes. That's why I have 3 LIVE support sessions each week! If you miss a session, you can always join the next one. No one is going to ask where you were (unless it was somewhere really cool that helped you de-stress, and you'd like to share it to help others in the group ☺️).
Because I want you to have the psychological safety you need to say what's really on your mind, I will not be recording the weekly live support sessions. People tend to become inhibited if they know their statements are being recorded, and holding back your thoughts is not the path to better mental health.
However, I WILL be recording all of the guest-talks so you can gain wisdom & insights from the pros even if you can't attend those sessions live!
